The main objective of this project is to determine the best consumer segment to which each customer of Banco Bolivariano ‘s Bankard credit cards belongs, so that specific campaigns can be undertaken to boost credit card consumption in the purchases of those customers (in each of their consumer segments).
Specific objectives include:
- Consolidate Bankard Credit Card customer transactional information into a centralized repository of structured data in the Microsoft Azure cloud from a SQL Data Warehouse.
- Segment customers using an algorithm that analyzes similar characteristics of buying habits.
- To provide a solution that can be executed periodically as part of the Bank’s operation and as a support to the Credit Card area.
- Present management reports regarding the RFM classification and segmentation model that allows to evaluate customized offers and campaigns to segmented customers while facilitating their execution.
