Claro Signature was born under zero paper policies, hand in hand with technology, with the main objective of digitally generating documents in the sales and after-sales processes.
This solution represented the construction of two applications that, among other things, allow the automation, generation, edition and consultation of documents according to the current process.
If you have ever made any purchase-related transactions at Claro's customer service centers, it is very likely that you used Claro signature to read the purchase agreements, accept them and sign them digitally.
More than an ecological solution, it allows an optimal organization of contracts, agreements and procedures that are no longer paper-based but have evolved to this new digital scheme.
Equipped with a powerful infrastructure, this project represents the streamlining of sales processes and paperwork in general, reducing the costs generated by paper and providing an innovative experience to Claro's customers.
