Asisken Web Quoter and Payment Button Integration

Asisken Asistencia Médica S.A. has a wide hospital health network nationwide, providing welfare and care to its affiliates and clients. Currently, they have a quotation web portal that has many limitations, so they want to renew this web portal through a new process that allows them to streamline the administration of their plans and the generation of online quotations. In addition, they want to incorporate in the Asisken portal the process of payment of collections that includes a payment button through the connection of a payment gateway service.

Within the scope of the PAYMENT BUTTON project, we developed an option to pay invoices in the affiliates' portal, consult affiliates' debts by contract through their ID card for individual plans, select one or several debts to be paid, pay by debit or credit card and send an email to the client.

iRoute Solutions delivered the following to Asisken for the WEB QUOTER project:

• Web Quoter with age-specific portal enhancements, which was implemented on a publicly exposed server and through which Asisken sales personnel and brokers are allowed to register, enter plans and make quotes.
• A database was also delivered that stores information on users, salespeople, plans, quotes and rates,
• A service layer that acts as an intermediate layer between the Web Quoter and the database.
